Shipping
Every piece is made in the atelier in Ghent. If your chosen piece is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as possible within the week you purchased it. If your piece is not in stock, it will be made. For silver pieces, this will take around 2 weeks before the shipment is made to you. If the piece is gold-plated, it will be at least an extra 2 weeks on top of that. Do you have a deadline? Return and refund
From the day you receive your package, you have 14 calendar days to return your piece. You, as a customer, are responsible for the way the package will be returned. You will be refunded within 14 days. The amount of the refund is the amount of the purchased pieces, not including shipping costs.
